April 20-21 is National Open House Weekend and several of our fully-furnished model homes and move-in-ready market homes will be opened for home buyers to tour. According to the National Association of Realtors, buyers of new homes use open houses much more frequently than do buyers of previously owned homes.
The National Association of Home Builders reported that building permits for new residential housing in the Oklahoma City area are up 38% as of Feb. 2013 over the last year. Tulsa has seen a 45% jump.
